Former Tulsa police officer Shannon Kepler is back in court Tuesday, but his attorney is asking for the case to be dismissed.
Black Lives Matters Tulsa and the NAACP are calling on the Tulsa County District Attorney to bring Shannon Kepler to trial for the fourth time.
Shannon Kepler is gearing up for his third trial, which starts on June 26th. Kepler is charged with first-degree murder for the shooting and killing of his daughter's boyfriend, Jeremey Lake.
